Rakan Saeed Al-Jubouri, the governor of Kirkuk, told the official news agency of Iraq (WAA), that the governorate has taken all necessary logistical and security measures for the opening of Kirkuk International Airport.
This airport has the capacity to receive 3.5 million passengers per year and will create 3,000 job opportunities and will boost economic and agricultural activities and investment in the province.
